Description:

The TD Snap® Lite version is suitable for two types of users. First, those who want to try TD Snap® for free before making a purchase. This version does not include speech output, but users have the option to unlock this functionality through an in-app purchase. Second, individuals who have purchased a Tobii Dynavox device and want to activate their companion TD Snap® license on an iOS device.
TD Snap® is a professional communication software designed for individuals with speech and language disabilities, such as autism, Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, cerebral palsy, and aphasia. It provides a variety of AAC solutions to meet different communication needs and preferences. Users can access TD Snap® through touch, eye gaze, or switch, and benefit from clear speech output.
The TD Snap® page sets include:
<ul>
 <li>Core First: A symbol-supported page set that promotes literacy development at any language stage.</li>
 <li>Motor Plan: A symbol-supported page set designed for efficient language acquisition, regardless of age. It is customizable for touch and eye gaze.</li>
 <li>Text: A page set for literate users or those transitioning from symbol supports to literacy.</li>
 <li>Scanning: A page set tailored for individuals who primarily use scanning as their access method.</li>
 <li>Aphasia: A page set specifically developed to help adults with aphasia communicate while supporting language recovery.</li>
 <li>*PODD: A page set based on the Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display vocabulary strategy created by AAC expert Gayle Porter.</li>
 <li>*Gateway: A page set based on the Gateway vocabulary strategy developed by Joan Bruno.</li></ul>
*These page sets require an in-app purchase and were developed by third parties.
Each page set comes with a comprehensive set of integrated tools to simplify use and help individuals communicate successfully. The TD Snap® Tools include:
<ul>
 <li>Editing: An intuitive tool for customizing buttons to meet the unique needs of communicators.</li>
 <li>Diversity:
 <ul>
 <li>The Diverse Tone setting randomly applies a mixed selection of skin tones and hair colors at the page set level (default option).</li>
 <li>The Single Tone setting allows users to apply their favorite choice from a selection of skin tones and hair colors to all people symbols at the page set level with a single click.</li>
 <li>The Symbol Editor enables users to color individual symbols, including skin tone, hair shades, and more.</li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>Search: A search bar for easily locating words and symbols.</li>
 <li>Behavior Supports: A set of behavioral tools such as visual schedules, timers, and scripts.</li>
 <li>Google Assistant: Integrated tool that provides symbol-supported access to Google Assistant.</li>
 <li>QuickFires: A collection of commonly used pre-programmed phrases to facilitate smoother communication.</li>
 <li>MyTobiiDynavox: A cloud-based resource for backing up, sharing, and managing TD Snap® apps.</li></ul>
In addition to its communication features, TD Snap® offers complementary resources including support and training materials to assist communicators, caregivers, and professionals. These resources can be found on myTobiiDynavox.com or tobiidynavox.com.
